Product Description

  • Provides 50 percent More Braking Power at Lower RPM's.

  • The spring controlled pressure regulated mechanism on the exhaust brakes protects against engine overpressure.

  • When the brake is deactivated, exhaust flow is unrestricted and won't interfere with power output.

  • Patented 90 degree Non-contacting Butterfly Valve is specially engineered to maximize backpressure while preventing seizing.

  • The brakes use industry exclusive Arcor nitride coating on housing and components which increases resistance to wear and corrosion.

  • ECM Bypass: Optional Part Number C20135 for Dodge RAM 2004.5 5.9L ISB 24 Valve Engine with Standard Transmission. 
  • ECM Bypass: Optional Part Number C20141 for Dodge RAM 2005-2007 5.9L ISB 24 Valve Engine with Standard Transmission. 

For Automatic Transmission:

  • Switch Pac: N/A.
  • Transmission Controller: N/A

  * NOTE:  All 1994-2002 trucks using a DirectMount kit that have 4" aftermarket exhaust systems require an additional adapter – C11342
 ** NOTE:  For vehicle’s in which the factory HX / HY35 turbo charger has been changed to an aftermarket turbo charger, use only an inline kit. 
     A mounting group must also be purchased with the kit. Exhaust Size: 4" – C11400, 3.5" – C11420, 3" – C11440

 NOTE:  All above DirectMount 2003-2007 kits will NOT work with Banks Turbo Back Monster® Exhaust. However, they will work with Banks Cat Back Monster® Exhaust.
