The PPE MicroPure XR Oil Filter delivers 30 percent more capacity than the factory filter, offering exceptional filtration and protection for your engine. With a much finer filtration media and a 5-micron nominal rating, it traps smaller contaminants and prolongs oil life.

The PPE filter integrates a high-temperature-rated neodymium magnet to capture ferrous particles, this added layer of protection helps prevent internal engine wear and extends filter life. In traditional filters without a magnet, ferrous particles accumulate in the filtration media, reducing its capacity and restricting oil flow.

The PPE filter's upgraded bypass valve features a durable rubber seal and a stiffer spring, designed to maintain consistent oil pressure and prevent starvation in extreme conditions. A silicone anti-drain-back valve prevents engine dry starts. A stiff coil spring ensures a tight seal between the media and the base plate, eliminating oil blow-by.
