These new adapters allow easy installation of a remote mounted electric water pump on the GM Gen-V LT engine. These billet aluminum block adapters feature (4) -12 AN O-ring female ports for routing coolant to the radiator & remote mounted electric water pump. Ideal for use w/ Earl's Adjustable Coolant Cross-Over Tubes - part number LS0035ERL or LS0037ERL.
