Dan's Diesel Performance Cummins 5.9L 04.5-07 300 percent Over Reman Injector Set. Nozzles are built using brand new blanks, which are EDM'd (electrical discharge machining) to achieve target orifice size, orifice count and spray angle.

Then they are finished and balanced using Mircroflow technology to a spread of less than 10cc across the set. Bodies are internally modified for additional flow and improved response time. Injectors are calibrated and balanced to under 3 percent spread.

Injectors include:

  • New copper seals
  • Body O'rings

New feed tubes are recommended when installing new injectors. 5-Year Unlimited Mile Warranty.
