Mark, drill the 5/8" holes with a step bit (not included) and use the template’s large center opening as a guide for a plasma cut—or cut by other means. Heavy-duty Grade 8 hardware is included, and the 3-1/2" I.D. opening lets you tuck the exhaust up inside the frame without removing the crossmember. A slick, driveway-friendly solution.
